Marisa Arrabito, Esq., is an experienced attorney currently serving as Principal Law Clerk to Hon. Kenneth P. Sherman at the Kings County Supreme Court, Civil Term, where she researches and analyzes legal issues in civil matters and assist with City Trial Readiness Part conferences and motions.
Previously, Arrabito held the role of Principal Law Clerk to Hon. Donald Scott Kurtz, where they researched legal issues, heard oral arguments, and conferred on civil cases.
Prior to her work in the courts, she was an associate at Gannon, Rosenfarb, & Drossman, where they represented clients in the defense of personal injury cases, managing a substantial caseload and conducting depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations. Arrabito also gained significant experience at Cullen and Dykman LLP and Malapero & Prisco LLP, handling insurance defense matters and conducting litigation in various New York courts. Early in her career, they worked at Gravante & Looby, LLP, focusing on personal injury and matrimonial cases. Admitted to the New York Bar in 2002, Arrabito earned her J.D. from New York Law School and a B.S. in Sociology from St. Francis College. Marisa Arrabito, Esq. is an active member of the Columbian Lawyers Association, Brooklyn Women's Bar Association, and Catholic Lawyers Guild.
